Landlord Tracks Down Ex Tenant!

An elderly Chinese landlord has tracked down a former tenant after 5 years of searching to return bankbooks left in his rented property.  Zheng Pumin let his property to Wang Chongshu for several years before the tenant left the property in 2004. 

Wang moved out in 2004 leaving bankbooks and passwords behind for his landlord to find.  Zheng, traced his former tenant through an old school and found he was a patient at a local hospital and being treated for serious mental disorders.  The tenant had no recollection of the bankbooks but Zheng returned the property after his long search for his former tenant.
