RICS Show House Prices Fall is Slowing

RICS - The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors have issues their latest survey findings which state that UK house prices continue to fall but are stabalising.  Three quarters of surveyors reported a fall in prices in March but this figure is better than the 78% reporting falls in February. The measure has been negative since the end of the summer of 2007.

It was the most positive reading in 13 months. Still, only 2% of surveyors reported sales increases during the month.
