Fixed Price Landlords Property Maintenance - One Call Home Assist

One Call Home Assist have devised a new service for UK landlords around the maintenance of buy to let property.  The scheme is designed to save landlords money on repair bills on their properties.

The service is designed to be low cost compared to current market rival products such as British Gas.  It may appeal to many landlords because it incoporates an energy performance certificate which can cost £100.

The product covers all emergency home calls for electrics, plumbing / heating and other maintenance with full PAT and gas safety testing standards.  The contract is for 24/7 callouts and does cover boiler work too.

One Call are currently focussing on selling the product north of the border and want 3,000 members in Scotland before rolling it out across the UK. The product is likely to suit landlords who are looking for low hassle solutions for their properties.

Current pricing is £33 per month for a single bedroom flat, the price is inclusive of VAT.

All the work is carried out by One Call Home Assist’s expert in-house contractor teams who operate on a round the clock basis from their base in Gorgie, Edinburgh.
