Informed Landlords Glossary: CORGI

CORGI lost the contract to Capita in 2009, for registering Gas Engineers. Many companies have still not registered with Capita, but it is imperative you have your works done by a registered engineer. If you do not, there is a maximum fine of £25,000.

Capita now administer the registrations process for Gas Engineers.
