Informed Landlords roots are firmly established in the property industry.  Working with a team of over twenty professionals, the key management team being;

Greg Barnes FARLA MNAEA, Director.

Greg has over 24 years experience in the letting business and runs one of the most successful branch networks in the Thames Valley. Highly qualified and well-known within his business sector, Greg remains very much in touch with the day-to-day issues within the letting industry.

Gareth Bressington BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management, Director.

Specialing in Investment, Gareth has over 25 years experience in the property sector, having worked at senior Management and Board level at some of the largest privately owned construction companies, both in the UK and in Eurpoe. 

Alister Comrie - Marketing Director.

With 25 years experience in large international network and smaller independent advertising and marketing agencies, Alister has honed his brand development, extension and affiliate programme B2B and B2C experience with businesses including PwC, Sony and Boeing.  He now brings this brand affiliation skill to Informed Landlords to assist in the on-going growth of the business.

Steve Black, Advertising & Media Manager.

Steve has worked for InformedLandlords since 2011 and understands the needs of professionals to enable them to promote their business or products to the widest possible audience on the internet. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable in this field having worked in media, advertising and construction sales. 

Jade Sharlton, Administration & Website Manager.

Jade has worked for Informed since 2012 and has a host of skills working with providers on the internet. Jade fully understands the complexities of social media and its impact on website ratings. 

Marcus Tranleigh, Editorial Manager.

Marcus has been with Informed since 2012, having worked on a freelance basis prior to becoming full time. At InformedLandlords his focus is one of relevance when it comes to articles and Marcus's ability to cut through the chaff to get to the wheat in news terms is legendary.
